Many software companies employ a policy of "Deliver and Forget" when developing software systems. At Redev we understand that systems evolve and that support and maintenance is just as important as the initial design and development phases.

We provide a flexible approach to support and maintenance, dictated by each client's requirements. We can provide on going support via a contractual agreement, providing regular health checks, monitoring and email/telephone support.

Alternatively some clients simply require a per incident support contract, where the client pays only for the support they require at a predefined rate.
